I got into yoga in 2020 after lockdown in Singapore and have been practicing it ever since! It’s helped ease up, be more present and feel more in my body. My favourite quote about yoga is actually a semi-clinical chapter about yoga as a potential Complex PTSD treatment: “perhaps the opposite of traumatic dissociation is re-association with bodily sensation and reintegration with deep subjective resonance” (from The Body Keeps The Score).
