(she/her) Hello! I am a Nutritional Sciences student andalso the Karma Coordinator here at the UBC Yoga Club. I joined the club in myfirst year because I wanted to get more involved with the yoga community hereat UBC, meet new people, and continue to deepen my practice. Yoga wasintroduced to me while I was a competitive swimmer as a way to help support mytraining, but it has grown to become so much more than a physical practice.Yoga is my way of reconnecting with myself. It grounds me, challenges me andteaches me to let go of fear, to breathe and to trust. Outside of yoga, I also lovephotography, and when the weather is good, you'll most likely find me out on ahike, run, bike ride or a swim down at the beach:)
