My name is Tanya (she/her) and I am a Finance Assistant atthe UBC Yoga Club🧘🏻♀️. I decidedto join the club because yoga gives me energy, brightens my mood, and helps memanage stress. I believe that doing yoga improves one's life and I wish toattract more students to the club so that they can feel happier and healthieron campus! I am in the Global Resource Systems program and study Global Healthand Nutrition. In my free time, I love biking, doing yoga, and going for hikesaround Vancouver. My favourite yoga pose is the downward-facing dog because itenergizes and stretches my entire body! 💚
