My name is Angela, and I’m completing a diploma in education at UBC. My pronouns are she/her. I first started practicing yoga in 2016 when I began my undergrad degree and noticed I was feeling stressed more often, especially during exam seasons! Since then, yoga has become such an important part of my life, and I knew that I would love to teach it to others one day. I finished my 200-hour teacher training last March, and my favourite styles of yoga to teach are Hatha and Vinyasa. I love to teach with lots of modifications and variations so that poses are accessible and fun for everyone, and I hope my classes leave you feeling energized, mindful, and strong.
