I grew up playing organized sports and always thought yoga would be easy, boring and just a fad… Until I actually tried it! I found it to be physically and mentally challenging; I was hooked. When I started teaching, I fell in love with sharing what I knew with my students. I aim to create a safe space to explore movements and shapes. It is also an opportunity to find stillness and slow down from the chaos of life. As a student of movement, I am constantly trying to broaden my knowledge by keeping up to date with current research within the field. I also teach circus arts such as aerial silks, hoop, hammock and flexibility.
