I’ve been practicing yoga for a decade and love how the practice offers endless possibilities for play and self-discovery! My classes involve a dynamic blend of asanas, pranayama, meditation and mindfulness. As a trained actor, I invite students to approach their practice not only as physical, but also as an emotional and energetic journey. 

When I’m not teaching yoga, I can be found learning a variety of movement skills such as mime, ballet, arm balancing, acrobatics, and more - I love to take the role of a student and explore new ways to move my body. You can also find me performing on the stage or screen - my latest creation is a comedic YouTube series, Isolation Nation.
